Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia Dies Under Dubious Circumstances
Patriots I’m sure you have heard that one of the most conservative and knowledgeable justices died under mysterious circumstances on Friday, the 12th day of February. My first reaction to the news of his death was of surprise, I had not heard that he had any health concerns. His sudden death put a lot of conservatives in shock. Later after listening to several reports about his death, it started me wondering if there is more to this story.
Judge Scalia attended a private party at the 30,000 acre Cibolo Creek ranch in the Big Bend region of Texas, the party was Friday night and it was reported that the judge was in good spirits while cavorting with guests. He went to bed around 9:30 pm because he wanted to get some rest for the next day’s activities. He was found deceased at 8:30 am the next morning, suspiciously he had a pillow over his head (Fox News). John Poindexter the owner of the ranch was notified and he personally alerted the US Marshals who in turn attempted to find a Justice of the peace (Judge Cinderela Guevara) who from a remote location, without viewing the body, pronounced Judge Scalia dead due to natural causes (sounds like a CINDERELLA story to me). I suppose in her defense law enforcement officers at the scene assured there was no evidence of foul play (I beg to differ; further explanation throughout blog).
Judge Scalia had refused a security detail while he was at the ranch so no US marshals were present at the time of his death. The judge’s body was transported to a funeral home in El Paso Texas, where it was noted Scalia’s family insisted on not having an autopsy done (Washington Post).
Let’s look at the points of Scalia’s death:
- Supreme court justice was not attended by a physician. (seems weird to me).
- Non-homicide trained US Marshals tell the justice of the peace (NO FOUL PLAY WAS EVIDENT).
- Justice of the peace pronounced Scalia deceased while not being at the scene (seems to me this is kind of a big deal to be handled so nonchalantly).
- No autopsy was performed (even under these dubious conditions, give me a break).
- No medical proof of cause of death, just natural causes without postmortem.
- Let’s go through a few causes that were not confirmed or corroborated, via post mortem.
- Myocardial infarction (heart attack)
- Cerebral hemorrhage
- Asphyxiation: lack of oxygen (smothering) pillow over head
- Toxicity screen ie poison, injections etc.
Scalia’s physician Brian Monahan was contacted and he declined comment on Scalia’s death (Washington Post). He said “patient confidentiality forbids me to make any comment on the subject”. (Washington Post) When asked if he was going to make a public statement, Monahan repeated the above and hung up on a reporter (Washington Post).
When I first heard about Scalia’s death I said it was a crying shame to lose such a good man and a fantastic conservative member of the Supreme Court. Also we don’t want Obama to nominate another radical communist judge to the Supreme Court with all of the pending cases on the docket. I saw Obama on Fox News shortly after the news of Scalia’s death and he was positively giddy, announcing he was going to nominate a replacement for Judge Scalia’s post haste (you would think for decorum’s sake he would at least wait a few days). I also heard Mitch McConnell (senate majority leader) say that he and the Senate would not approve a nominee , they would await the new President to nominate an appointee. (Did Mitch McConnell get a testicular transplant or is he just lying again? We’ll see when the rubber meets the road).
Another interesting fact about this case is the Cibolo Creek Ranch is owned by a big multimillionaire Democratic contributor by the name of John Poindexter (mentioned earlier). He has also received an award directly from President Obama (DC Whispers). To say the least there is a lot of unanswered questions in this case that should be rectified, anybody with any skepticism would say this doesn’t PASS THE SMELL TEST.
Patriots call your congressmen and ask them to at least look into this dilemma. We have lost a great American and a stalwart defender of our Constitution. It is the Minuteman’s wish to our righteous defender of justice, God Bless You and God Bless America!! Rest In Peace Antonin Scalia.
