PATRIOTS VS FALCONS SUPER BOWL 2017 (AFTERMATH)

PATRIOTS PICKS

How about those Patriots? Hey I am not meaning to gloat because Atlanta is a fabulous team and it looked like they were going to put an old-fashioned beat-down on the Patriots. Hey, never count out a quarterback the caliber of Tom Brady, even with a 25 point deficit at the beginning of the third quarter, Brady rallied his troops and started with a smack-down of his own. He started moving down field like a commanding general and hardly missed a beat in his pursuit of his and his team’s goal of their unprecedented 5th Super Bowl victory. The 4th quarter was a remake of the first half’s rout by Atlanta but in the reverse, it was like the Patriots were the mythological bird “THE PHOENIX” that has arisen from the ashes and scores 31 unanswered points from the number one team in the NFL.

Tom Brady has to get kudos for a fantastic performance, coming back from essentially a rout in the first half, by having the intestinal fortitude to buck up and put on such a stellar performance. It was like my favorite sport mixed martial arts, you are getting pummeled in the first 3 and a half rounds, then you pull from your heart the desire to win and go for the KNOCKOUT!! Well I would have to say the Patriots went for the KNOCKOUT and got it. This Super Bowl is the first one in history to go into over-time and also the first time a team has came back from such a deficit. You know the sweetest part of this victory was the media so hated Tom Brady and the Patriots. One in particular was Nate Silvers (heard on Rush’s show) that said the Patriots only had one half of one percent chance of winning at the end of the third quarter. The lame-brain media just doesn’t give credit to the GOOD OLD AMERICAN SPIRIT and never-ever give-up attitude. This game is analogous to my prediction that Trump would win the election when all of the media had Hitlery winning. My friend had conceded to the Hildabeast being President and I stated NEVER GIVE IN AND  NEVER GIVE UP on the AMERICAN Spirit to win in the face of an almost certain defeat. Once again congratulations to both teams for a hard fought and exhilarating Super bowl, but a special congratulation goes to the New England Patriots and their General Tom Brady for their unprecedented 5th SUPER BOWL VICTORY!!!
