It was one of his campaign pledges and by hook or by crook he wants to do just that!! He doesn’t care if it is against the law or if he has to bypass congress; he is going to let most of these terrorists out to do their Evil deeds on the world population once again.

You know I can certainly see some of the sanity of doing something with these terrorists; give them a military trial on Guatanamo Bay grounds and either convict them, sentence them or release them for time served. It seems ridiculous to keep them indefinitely, although it doesn’t bother me all that much, eternally sitting in a jail cell is pretty tough stuff, especially not knowing if you will ever get out. I’m sure the true terrorists deserve everything they get and in my opinion if they are convicted of terrorism they should be summarily executed, hey that would relieve the crowding and the expense. The other ones that are not as bad can be held in prison or released. I think for the most part most of them are guilty.

The program I listened to (The Young Turks) pretty liberal web site said that it cost 455 million dollars a year to keep the prison open. That seems excessive to me but even if it is true we need to get a new president in the White House that knows how to control costs and probably cut that amount in half or more. I’m sure that amount includes the amount it costs to run the whole base. We still need to maintain a presence in Cuba so at least part of that money has to be spent. Leave it up to el Presidente’ Obama to give Guatanamo Bay to his buddies the Castro brothers.

Patriots make sure you keep an eye on this situation because Obama will try to sneak some legislation through during the middle of the night or through Executive action outside of the Constitution and law. Keep your eyes on him and notify congress if he gets out of line. Can’t wait for a new president that really loves this country!!
