Compromising Chris Christie

Chris Christie announces his bid for President at Livingston High School in New Jersey. He stated he went back to his old high school because that is where everything started for him. He started his speech by saying, ‘’ He says what he means and he means what he says”. I believe I just heard that statement from the Donald. Not too original and somebody already has claim to it, besides I don’t believe Chris Christie.

He stated he is ready to fight for the people of America. He said he is tired of the handwringing and weakness in the oval office and that is why he is announcing his candidacy for President of the United States of America. (ABC News).

“We need strength, decision making and authority back in the oval office”. He said, “I am not going to be the most popular guy who looks into your eye every day and says what you want to hear”, he continued. (NY Times).

After seven years of a feckless foreign policy, run by Barack Obama, we better turn it over to his second mate Hillary Clinton” Mr. Christie said. (NY Times).

He said our country started off by compromising (I guess I missed that in the history books). He blamed both parties for dysfunction and gridlock in Washington. “If Washington, Adams and Jefferson believed that compromise was a dirty word we’d still be under the crown of England”. This is where he completely lost me. You have to be kidding me his whole campaign is based on compromise. This is utterly and totally ridiculous. The definition of compromise by a Democrat is when you do what they want you to do. What kind of inept leadership is this? I for one have seen plenty of this compromise already by John McCain, Mitch McConnell, John Boehner and the rest of these spineless so called Republicans. We have seen what compromise will do for us , put us 19 trillion in debt, 93 million out of work, 50 million people on welfare, failed health care system and loss of respect by our allies and enemies that don’t fear us. NO THANK YOU MR. CHRISTIE. We have quite enough of your compromise already. We have good strong candidates to choose from and we don’t need or want your inept leadership.
